The individual will: 1) support the production and manufacturing aspect for the new manufacturing and packaging lines; 2) identify any process improvement initiatives to make the existing manufacturing and packaging lines, more productive, with less downtime, etc.; 3) identify process upgrades, capital projects and implement them; 4) oversee complete project cycle; and 5) handle multiple projects depending on the size.

Candidate Must Have:

  • BS degree in Engineering, Mechanical ( prefer ), or Electrical, or Packaging.
  • 2 -5 years of total professional experience.
  • Min. 1 year of in plant maintenance and production support experience.
  • Some direct or indirect experience in the pharmaceutical/cosmetic industry.
  • Excellent communication, people/team and computer skills.

Candidate Nice to Have:

  • Some advanced degree in engineering.
  • Some Automation and control system experience.
  • Some Pharmaceutical plant experience.
  • Some equipment, computer, facility validation experience.
  • Some Project engineering experience.
