The Pharmacom platform is interfaced with four pursuits: development of micro/nanobiosensing systems for biodefense, clinical diagnostics, environmental protection, and food chain monitoring; development of biomarkers for cancer studies; development of tools and algorithms for high throughput drug screening; development of data mining engines and data warehouses for the pharmaceutical community.

Our strategy is to merge diversified cutting-edging technologies, convert complicated biology into simple function, use short-term product to support long-term product pipeline, dedicate to innovative ideas and the maximization of shareholders' investment return. The current R&D initiatives have several foci: biomarkers for high-throughput detecting and staging cancers; multi-layered biosensing systems for monitoring toxins and pathogens in the environment; integrated biosensing and fingerprinting systems for homeland security; nanosurgery platform for molecule-specific medicine; superlab-on-chip for diagnostics and therapeutics at the cellular level.
