Pharmacom's RGSTD^® is designed as a RDMS-based, Global genomics/proteomics resources-accessible, Statistic algorithm-driven, Two-way communicated, Data warehouse. It provides users with shared access to data of infectious diseases such as AIDS, SARS and asthma and data mining tools. RGSTD^® has the capability of:

 -collecting and transferring raw data automatically from instruments to database;

-executing flat file query, multiple data source query, across-data types query, and ad hoc query;

-combining data from multiple studies in a retrospective meta-analysis by pooling either summary statistics or raw data;
